Work With Me

What if you could attract your ideal clients, build your community — and find your voice — all the while creating something you love?

You are a creative person.

You are a visionary and can see clearly how the work you do impacts others.

But, when it comes to podcasting, you’re stuck.

What overarching message do you want to convey?

How could you tell a story in a way that rings true to you and listeners?

Who might you connect with to better reach your audience?

And also, what about all the tasks and technology involved in creating a podcast?

Starting something like this can be overwhelming!

What if you could create a podcast that not only makes you feel good about how it was produced, but also constantly connects you to the people that matter the most — your ideal clients?

What if you could get out of your head and be inspired to create consistently?

I’m Sarah Davis

I bring all of my background in podcast production, education, market research, and yes, even learning musical instruments, to help you design and produce a high-quality, vulnerability-first audio podcast that will keep your best possible clients showing up and inspire new ones to listen.

As someone who has zero podcast experience, Sarah was a godsend.

Sarah helped me create a podcast mini-series and walked me through each and every step, offering endless support and practical advice.

Sarah made the process smooth and as stress-free as possible.

Sarah’s warm personality, ability to listen, organizational skills, flexibility, detail-oriented nature, and responsiveness are only a handful of reasons why I would wholeheartedly work with Sarah again in the future and recommend her for any services she can offer.”

My Services

  • I listen to your podcast and provide feedback on consistency, format, personality, storytelling, and then review the technical specs - imagery, website, mic technique, CTAs, show notes, SEO, etc. My rate for this is $300.

  • The strategy session includes: vision, audience insights, defining success, format, and marketing plan. My rate is $185 for the 90 min strategy session, and I also include a suggested format for interviewing your audience, guidelines for measuring your results and template for researching other podcasts in your space.

  • I analyze 10-15 podcasts in your space, create a document outlining: host, format, music, episode length, art, etc. I also offer suggestions on how to reach out to these individuals and guidelines about what to say in a pitch to be on their podcasts. For this, my rate is $500.

 FAQs

  • Podcasting helps you build a relationship with someone immediately. Guesting or hosting podcasts allows you to share your views, connect directly with your potential clients, and see immediate outcomes, because you are connecting in an authentic way.

  • Subject to availability, I will provide voiceover/hosting, written content for social media, editorial services, project management, microphone coordination and ongoing meetings/consultation for an additional fee. Please fill out the form below and I’ll be in touch with more information.

  • I’m a learning experience designer with an ear for audio that I’ve honed over my entire lifetime. This means I’m eager to show you the ropes. It also means that I have a high bar for quality. I’m also deeply connected to the intangibles of podcasting and believe that authenticity, connecting directly and building community will help you achieve your goal of reaching your ideal clients more than other methods.

  • I personally cannot make sure this will happen. I’m not a PR person or a marketing person, However, with my background in production, I know that, when you connect to your authenticity and tell your story in a really clear way through a podcast, that’s when you’ll start to see more reviews and downloads. We can work together to identify your vision, and come up with strategies for building momentum around your launch. We will measure the success of your campaigns, but I can’t ensure that it will reach the people you intend without putting in the work or hiring the appropriate person to assist you with this.

  • In the podcasting industry, a lot of people gravitate towards the numbers, such as downloads and number of people an episode reached. These numbers are easy to find but disheartening for beginners. I don’t measure success in this way and I don’t suggest you do it, either. When you work with me, you identify the intangibles and the metrics which have a direct impact on your audience or reach your ideal clients, and in turn, inspire you to keep creating even during the lulls.

  • Part of my goal is to train you to be a critical listener, find the themes on your own, and build resonate content consistently. In order to do this, you’ll need to actively participate by planning your episodes, recruiting your guests, and following the launch schedule. Additionally, you’ll need to invest in equipment of your own that will help you achieve consistent quality.

  • I’ll reach out to you within 48 hours with an email about your podcast. Filling out the form also opts you into my newsletter, sent bimonthly, which you’ll have a chance to unsubscribe to at any time.

  • You are mission-driven, heart-centered and authentic. You believe in showing up consistently and putting in the time for a good quality production. You are excited to work on a podcast that will change people’s lives and open to the possibility it might change yours, too. You are aligned with my values of curiosity, community, follow-through and growth mindset.

  • A basic microphone will run you around $60. A hosting platform can be anywhere from $0-$20/month for the basic versions. And, a website will either be included with your hosting platform or an additional yearly cost.

Additional expenses come in when you choose to host a podcast in person (you’ll pay for studio fees and/or additional equipment), hire an editor, hire a writer, or pay for professional editing software.
